Scriptorium
Live radio for classic books — on the web, iPhone, CarPlay, and Apple TV.

Scriptorium is a living radio station for the world's great books. Tune a channel — Hearth, Shadows, Wonder, Nursery, or Vespers — and hear a narrated classic, always on and in sync with every other listener: the broadcast is computed from a shared schedule, so the website, the phone, the car, and the TV are all on the same second. On iPhone, open the Library to listen on demand and read along with a candlelit teleprompter that lights each word as it's spoken. On Apple TV, the station becomes an ambient reading room: a grid of channels showing what's airing over each book's cover, and a full-bleed now-playing screen with a quiet card naming the channel, chapter, author, and the provenance of text and narration. It also plays in any browser at scriptorium.live.
